About the Role
A growing specialist marine engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Marine Draftsperson to produce high-quality technical drawings for marine and coastal infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for a detail-driven, experienced Draftsperson who enjoys working closely with engineers and takes pride in producing accurate, clean, and professional drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed drawings for marine structures including jetties, quay walls, revetments, piling layouts, and coastal works.
- Prepare GA drawings, sections, reinforcement detailing, and technical drafting packages.
- Manage drawing registers, revision control, and document standards.
- Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, and coastal engineers.
- Support the development of CAD standards and workflows.
Requirements
- Relevant drafting qualification (CAD, Civil Drafting, or similar).
- Minimum 7 years drafting experience with strong structural or marine background.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (3D or other platforms an advantage).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
