About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial data and create reports on trends, KPIs, and performance variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk/opportunity identification
- Build and maintain financial models for investment and scenario evaluation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist during audits
- Manage and design performance incentives for internal teams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for benchmarking and strategic input
- Maintain spend management systems and support approval workflows
- Collaborate across departments to translate data into actionable insights
- Present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Proven skills in developing financial models and analysing financial performance
- Strong Excel skills; proficiency in financial modelling and tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (if applicable)
