About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Client Liaison Administrator – Branding in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients, managing artwork information, and supporting our sales team to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising telephonically with clients to double-check quantities and details of quotes submitted
- Ensuring artwork information, colour, spelling etc. is 100% correct
- Liaising with artwork department on changes to be made
- Ensuring that all artwork received from Layout Artists is correct and received in time to achieve stipulated and predetermined deadlines
- Ensuring every effort is made to receive the clients approved artwork to achieve stipulated and predetermined deadlines
- Keeping an accurate record of all allocated quotes, orders, and the status of each
- Supporting the sales team (Account managers and Management) with general operations to help reach team objectives and meet client needs
- Managing all e-mail correspondence
Requirements
- Matric, or similar qualification
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans required
- Professional telephone and email etiquette in both languages
- Excellent computer literacy
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High energy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace advantageous
