About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Partner / Director to join our Clients’ leadership team. The successful candidate will independently manage, plan, direct, and coordinate the functions of the firm to ensure that best practices are applied to produce quality work, deliver exceptional service to clients, and grow the firm’s fees while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure audits are completed to the highest professional and ethical standards, complying with ISAs, IRBA, and SAICA requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, technical excellence, and timely service delivery.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategic firm development.
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to achieve excellence and career growth within a supportive and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Proven track record in audit leadership at Director or Partner level.
- Excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage clients, and drive firm growth.
- Commitment to audit quality, professional ethics, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Registered Auditor (IRBA) CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within an audit firm
