Job Description

Teleresources is looking for a dynamic and impactful Business Development Manager to join the team in Johannesburg.

Inherent Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification, supported by relevant experience and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience and proven successful track record in sales, and/or e-Commerce industry.
  • At least 5 years of management experience with full accountability for business profitability, budget ownership and delivering bottom-line results.
  • Proven experience in presenting solutions to clients from presentation to delivery on projects (full cycle).
  • Proven track record of new business and growing current business.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
  • Financial acumen – essential
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle – essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for facilitation of strategic sales and operational planning and execution thereof.
  • As BDM act as custodian for the business brand and positioning it in line for growth.
  • Ensuring effective above average customer service.
  • Conduct presentations at board level to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of strategic planning and evaluation with emphasis on gross profit and performance.
  • Lateral development of existing client base/ services.
  • Networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management (internally and externally).
  • Responsible and accountable for the achievement of the business budgets in line with net profits.
  • Develop and lead a high-performance team of staff by establishing key performance deliverables for each individual in line with supporting the objectives set out in the strategic plans and goals.
  • Business Development and Marketing of RecruitCo services to industries within the region.
  • Quality assurance and compliance.
  • Responsible for effective management of administration, finance and reporting.
  • Conduct research on every client given to recruiter prior to sourcing skills.
  • Network to ensure strong database of clients.
  • Use market and competitor analysis to refine and enhance brand strategy.

Job Description

RecruitCo is looking for a dynamic and impactful Business Development Manager to join the team in Gauteng (Parktown/Centurion).

Inherent Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be from a Temporary Employment Service (TES) environment.
  • Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Bargaining Councils
  • Strategic high-volume TES project experience, with a proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
  • Technical industry knowledge
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients
  • A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle – essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telesales that will lead to secured appointments/ presentation to clients
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to foster the expansion of business opportunities
  • Ensuring effective above average customer service. Build long-term client relationships for temporary staffing solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by the Director: TES
  • Lateral development of existing client base/ services. Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets
  • Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets
  • Provide exemplary custom service to enhance opportunities for repeat business
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees
  • Generate and follow-up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure
  • Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize network opportunities
