About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Telesales Consultant in Cape Town and take your sales career to the next level. We’re looking for a highly motivated and target-driven individual who can re-engage dormant accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth through effective outbound calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Actively initiate contact with dormant accounts to reconnect and discuss their past experiences with the company.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by understanding their business strategies and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Drive year-on-year account growth through value-added initiatives and solution-based selling.
- Work closely with product management and marketing teams to formulate and execute product campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
