About the Role
Join our clients team as a Warehouse Controller in Parklands, Cape Town, where your experience in pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution will directly support healthcare excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound and outbound stock management in accordance with SAHPRA and GDP standards
- Maintain and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP integration
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation, GRVs, lot releases, and proper documentation
- Collaborate with third-party logistics partners (e.g., DSV, Biovac, GSK) to manage cold chain product handling
- Supervise stock counts, cycle counts, and stock rework processes
- Support efficient space utilization and inventory accuracy within the DC
Requirements
- National Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field (Required)
- 3+ years experience in a Distribution Centre environment pharma/healthcare preferred
- Proficient in SAP and WMS
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance: SAHPRA, GMP, GDP
