About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as Lodge Manager at Wild Dreams Hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to drive world-class service, manage operations, and ensure every guest experiences the magic of a truly exclusive South African safari.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodge operations
- Lead diverse teams
- Develop guest experience
- Oversee HR, Admin, FOH, and other aspects of lodge management
- Interact with guests, staff, and shareholders
Requirements
- Matric and Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent
- Valid First Aid qualification
- FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2), DEAT registered, valid PDP (if applicable)
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent operational experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Completed Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent
