About the Role

HotelJobs, a prestigious hospitality group in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to elevate the performance of one of its luxury brands. This high-impact leadership role is suited to a dynamic professional with a proven track record in upscale hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and operational efficiencies
  • Drive team performance, training, and development to maintain excellence
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior operations role within luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams and deliver results under pressure
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
