Job Description

Hire Resolve is a leading construction company looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join our team. As a Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish
Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and financial records

Requirements:

SACPCMP registration
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
SANRAL experience
