Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including procurement of materials, hiring of subcontractors, and scheduling of tasks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the built environment
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software
- Professional CPM with SACPCMP – non negotiable
- at least 3-5 years post registration experience .
- Proven track record as a Principal Agent on JBCC contracts for several years.
- Knowledge of JBCC contracts(mandatory), NEC/FIDC/BIM- Bonus
