Job Description
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement complex mechanical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Design and analyse mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, structural, and project management
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to guide project direction
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including calculations, specifications, and reports
- Perform testing and validation of designs to confirm performance criteria
- Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate engineering solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong proficiency in CAD software; experience with 3D modeling is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and components (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
