About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Centre Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Property Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day centre operations, maintaining tenant and customer relationships, and handling all aspects of commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals, and leases.

- Focus on tenant placements and fill vacant spaces
Requirements
- Professional Afrikaans speaking preferably female, aged 30-50 years
- Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must
- Matric
- Recent proven work experience in Commercial Property Management A MUST NOT residential property management experience
- Centre Management experience advantageous
- Experienced in handling all aspects of Commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals and leases
