Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanic with strong technical expertise in Mercedes Axor and Actros trucks. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands?on experience working on both trucks and trailers, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy?duty vehicles efficiently and independently.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- 510 years experience working as a Diesel Mechanic
- Strong experience working on Mercedes Axor and Actros trucks
- Experienced in working on trailers Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy?duty vehicles
- Reliable and able to work overtime when required
- Strong problem?solving and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes Axor and Actros trucks
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on trailers
- Identify mechanical issues and perform corrective actions
- Complete services, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Work overtime when required to meet operational needs
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition
