About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Junior Field Guide to join our luxury game lodge in Gauteng. As a live-in position, this role offers an ideal opportunity for a junior guide to develop their skills in a high-end lodge environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany guests on guided game drives
- Ensure guest safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare and maintain the lodge’s grounds and facilities
- Assist with animal tracking and monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and lodge activities
Requirements
- FGASA NQF2 or higher
- ARH qualification (required)
- NDT registration (required)
- SAPS competency for manually operated rifle
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Back-up trails experience (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: R7,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience. Live-in accommodation is provided. Two meals per day are also offered as part of the package.
