Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. With 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, coordinating documentation, and assisting with sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with Technical Administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and manage Documentation
  • Provide Support in Sales & Marketing functions
  • Maintain accurate Records and Data Entry
  • Communicate effectively with Internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 Year’s experience in Customer Services
  • Word & Excel – Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SYSPRO or an Accounting System – An Advantage
  • Fluent in ENGLISH

Qualifications

  • Completed formal education or equivalent qualifications
