Job Description
Review and sign off on consignment & boot inventory reconciliations
Follow up and resolve consignment / short-term / kit / boot inventory discrepancies
Liaise with consignment controllers nationally to ensure counts and reconciliations are performed timeously
Ensure slow moving inventory is rotated
Ensure expired inventory is uplifted from consignment bins
Liaise with Sales Consultant(s) to obtain orders for missing inventory
Update and maintain missing inventory records
Update and maintain consignment count records
Assisting with demo, sample, and expired stock to comply with Regulatory requirements
Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory
Ad-Hoc duties as and when required
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement
Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain or Finance will be a definite advantage
Minimum of 3 -5 years stock control experience is required
Medical equipment / medical device industry experience is essential
Experience required
Experience in Consignment Stock Management would be an advantage
Experience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry is essential
Experience in ERP would be an advantage
Analytical skills and management experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement
SQL & Microsoft ODBC would be an advantage
