Requirements:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and timekeeping skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all processes related to consumers moving in and out of the premises.
  • Opening and closing of tenant accounts.
  • Liaising with the various departments regarding tenants movement processes.
  • Update documentation related to tenant movement processes.
