Employer Description Chemical Manufacturing Company Job Description Your duties will encompass: Assist management to execute agrichemical product registration and associated regulatory tasks. Acquire all relevant documentation to execute agrichemical product registrations. Keep abreast of international agrichemical regulatory developments. Compile and assess all agrichemical regulatory dossiers. Compile and assess all regulatory documents. Assist with export registration dossiers. Compile other regulatory documentation as required. Liaise with regulatory departments and industry bodies (RSA and abroad) and attend relevant meetings. Filing of departmental documentation. Supervision and training of regulatory support staff and advisory function. Professional support to industry as required Qualifications Matric Degree in Agriculture or related. Must have BASOS and Croplife certificate. Skills Minimum 5 years regulatory experience with agricultural chemicals (remedies and fertilisers). Knowledge and understanding of all relevant regulatory legislation regarding chemicals management, with specific reference to Act 36/1947. Detailed knowledge and understanding of GHS. Ability to conduct GHS classification and associated documents. Must have a good understanding of biological research. Must have an analytical mindset. Be able to identify possible problems / adverse abilities. Must have good planning and coordination abilities. Ability to present to multiple levels. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must have good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
