Scheduling of officers and marking of the attendance register. Planning, Organizing, leading, control and supervision Ensuring that all officers are on site to cover shortages Laise with clients and handle all internal queries Implementing ISO procedures and Health and Safety standards Adhering to disciplinary procedures Rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service Risk Analysing skills will be an advantage Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. PSIRA Certification-Grade B Code 10 Drivers Licence and valid PDP Experience would be advantageous Firearm competency for handguns and shotguns The ability to communicate and present at all levels and work under pressure Bilingual (English and any other South African language) Excellent Client liaison and administration skills Sound Communication Skills (written and verbal communication) Willing to work long hours Clean disciplinary and criminal record
