Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately Handle guest inquiries and reservations both in-person and via phone/email Provide information on estate facilities, activities, and services Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly Process payments and handle administrative duties as required Uphold a high standard of guest service at all times Requirements: Previous reception/front office experience in a hospitality or luxury environment preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong administrative and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant reservation systems Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Flexible and reliable with a team-oriented approach Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage This is the perfect role for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a luxury environment.
