Job Description- Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to company recipes and standards- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times- Assist with kitchen prep, plating, and garnishing as needed- Monitor stock levels and notify the kitchen manager of shortages- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours- Assist in training junior kitchen staff, if requiredRequirements – Proven experience as a Sushi Chef (minimum of Six months)- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Excellent attention to detail and presentation- Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred)- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
