Job Description
Senior Executive Personal Assistant to provide High-Level Administrative support – Property/Legal knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Point of contact for Internal & External Stakeholders
- Maintain an an accurate and up-to-date Property Register
- Trust & Structure Administration (An Advantage)
- Liaise with Professional Advisors (Trustees, Attorneys, Accountants)
- Manage the Manager’s Calendar & Co-ordinate Meetings and Appointments.
- Prepare and Edit Correspondence, Communications, Presentations & other Documents.
- Conduct Research, collect & Analyze Data to prepare Reports and Documents.
- Handle Confidential information and sensitive issues with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate Travel arrangements and prepare Travel Itineraries.
- Manage Expenses and assist with Budget Planning
- Income Tax Support
- Event & Management Meetings
- Organize and maintain the Manager’s office systems.
- Provide general administrative support
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
* Possess Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Matric
