A well-established national company in the printing and signage industry is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong creditors experience to join their Cape Town office based in Paarden Eiland.Key Responsibilities- Managing a creditors book of approximately R20 million- Performing supplier reconciliations- Reviewing invoices and checking against approved quotes- Providing approval / go-ahead for supplier payments- Liaising with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and riggers- Supporting management with monthly reports and financial analysis- Analysing data and transactions on the Pastel accounting system- Performing a bi-monthly ink usage and costing calculation based on current sales to support procurement planning- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls across all creditor accountsMinimum Requirements- Matric qualification- A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar bookkeeping / creditors role- Proven experience managing a creditors book of R20 million or more- Strong working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (essential)- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Afrikaans and English proficiency (advantageous)Salary: R18 000 R22 000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)Please send your CV with the heading BOOKKEEPER
