Job Description
The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial function, working in a demanding, fast-paced setting that requires a strong personality, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive financial discipline across production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full financial function within an industrial / production environment
- Oversee stock control, costing, and inventory management processes
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
- Partner with production and operational teams to drive financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls
Skills and Experience:
- Qualification: BCom + Articles
- Experience: 3+ years post-articles experience
- Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
- Proven experience managing stock-intensive operations
- Confident, assertive, and able to operate effectively in a tough operational setting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
