About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at She Recruit. As the face of our cafe, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and function reservations, including email correspondence, invoicing, and phone enquiries
- Welcome and seat guests warmly
- Handle customer concerns and special requests professionally
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and organization of dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service and efficient table turnover
- Liaise with guests to manage special events, private parties, and large bookings to ensure smooth execution and happy guests.
Requirements & Skills
- Availability to work weekends (Our cafe is open every day except Mondays)
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer centric approach with a flair for creating memorable experiences
- Previous experience as Front of House / waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Salary & Benefits
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm / 5 days per week
Delicious staff meal provided daily
