About the Role
A global logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking a Digital Design Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and customer retention for the Contract Logistics division through creative and strategic digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including presentations, infographics, process maps, brochures, and whitepapers.
- Utilize AI tools for content generation, layout suggestions, image optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Proactively explore and present new tools, design trends, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and visual impact.
- Map complex supply chain and logistics workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart, applying visual logic to simplify information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Convert analytical outputs into compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the global marketing department to produce campaign assets, customer-facing presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Develop reusable templates and design systems that allow global teams to quickly customize and deploy branded materials.
- Work with commercial, operations, and IT teams to develop visuals that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all content with corporate guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Design engaging internal communications, including newsletters, videos, and training collateral that enhance global team engagement.
Requirements
- Advanced digital and graphic design capabilities.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Figma.
- Familiarity with AI design and content generation tools (e.g., DALLE, Runway, Canva Magic).
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, AnyLogic, CAD, Tecnomatix) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and motion graphics is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital design or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors is a plus.
