About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Citrusdal. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in extracting insights from large datasets to drive business growth and optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide stakeholders with clear and concise information.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting and analysis activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a BI Analyst or similar role is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and processes is a bonus.
