About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products to established and potential customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Informing customers of new product offerings.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales, within the telecommunications/office automation industry. Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle required.
