(eng= Account Administrator / Debt Collector Our client within the Motor Industry is seeking a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and administratively strong Account Administrator / Debt Collector to support their growing operation in Centurion. This role is ideal for someone who performs well under pressure, communicates professionally with clients, and views debt collection as a long-term career path. About the Company The business is in an early growth phase and operates within a unique niche of the motor industry. Although the team is small, high professional standards, accountability, and strict working hours are maintained. The successful candidate will report directly to management and work alongside other professionals on the premises. Location: Centurion, Pretoria Salary: R16,000 per month Benefits: Retirement Annuity Available Positions: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: Monday Friday: 08:00 16:30 Saturdays (if required): 08:00 13:00 Please note: Training will take place in Johannesburg during the first month. Key Responsibilities Managing debt collection in line with company procedures Providing strong administrative support and accurate record-keeping Delivering professional and patient customer service Handling client queries and resolving account-related issues Data capturing and system updates Adhering to internal policies and operational processes Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 year’s recent debt collection experience (verifiable references required) Strong administrative capability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook , and internet platforms Own vehicle and reliable transport Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Key Attributes Patient, friendly, and professional with clients Positive attitude and energetic approach to work Eager to learn and quick to adapt High sense of responsibility and accountability Neat, professional appearance Looking for a long-term opportunity in debt collection?
