About the Role

Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to make an impact in a growing organisation with a purpose-driven mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print-ready artwork for campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials
• Capture and edit compelling video content (including short clips, testimonials, product explainers, and campaign visuals)
• Assist with content planning and development
• Manage marketing assets and ensure organised storage of visuals
• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule social media content

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong eye for branding, layout, and visual consistency
• Solid experience in video editing and photography
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset
