About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join our team in Durban, responsible for overseeing production operations and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans
  • Manage and supervise production teams to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Monitor production costs and maintain budget control

Requirements

  • Grade 12 essential
  • Millwright trade is highly advantageous
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • In-depth electrical and mechanical experience in production
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience is highly advantageous
