About the Role
As a Multimedia Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various design projects and contribute to the development of marketing materials, events, and internal communications. This 12-month internship is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in multimedia design and build your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing of marketing collateral
- Assist in the design of marketing material including but not limited to posters, banners, flyers, website graphics and infographics
- Update of policy wording and regulations
- Design organisational presentations in line with company’s Corporate Identity
- Events coordination and management
- Design of event invitations and branding
- Event photography and photo-editing for post social media posts
- Create and develop short video content, for example reels for social media use and internal marketing purposes
- Corporate communication
- Assist with designing graphics and infographics for the company website, intranet or any other requirement
- Internal marketing
- Provide support to all divisions for any design requirements
- Collaborate in the development of internal marketing campaigns and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex ideas and messages to visually engaging content
- Create brand and product awareness
- Assist the department with the maintenance of the corporate identity through
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing Agency in updating company’s Corporate Identity Manual
- Assist in social media campaign development
- Maintain and update all company business templates in line with company’s Corporate Identity
- Perform Adhoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/ a bachelor’s degree in graphic design/multimedia design
- National Senior Certificate/ Matric
