About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-obsessed Guest Experience & Reservations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day guest and reservations flow of our clients Route 62 & Cape Town property. This is not a junior admin role, requiring ownership, initiative, and sharp problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest bookings from confirmation to check-out
  • Handle all guest communication and special requests
  • Coordinate housekeeping and linen services
  • Ensure the Cape Town property is fully prepared for every arrival
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payment tracking
  • Handle operational issues calmly and efficiently
  • Assist with additional travel requests (e.g., activities and transfers)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in hospitality admin, guesthouse operations, or property management
  • Experience managing booking platforms (Airbnb, Apply Below, Nightsbridge or similar)
  • Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • High digital literacy
  • Proficiency on Apple Mac highly advantageous
