About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist/Administrator to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch IT and systems support across the business, utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills and expertise with Pastel Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT and systems support across the business
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Creating and managing complex workbooks
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Data linking, formatting, validation, and reporting
- Full working knowledge and support of Pastel Partner
- Assist the Admin Department with general administrative tasks when required
- Troubleshoot software and user issues efficiently
Requirements
- IT Degree (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years proven IT experience
- Excel knowledge and experience must be 10/10 (Non-negotiable)
- Proven experience with Pastel Partner (Essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and support others when needed
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
