About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong contract catering background to oversee catering projects from concept to delivery and ensure operational, financial, and clientservice excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage catering projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee operational performance, including quality, safety, compliance, and production standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, and organizational quality standards
- Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all SLA commitments are met
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and service delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project management
- Ideally in contract catering or hospitality operations
- Strong catering background with knowledge of food production, presentation, service and operational controls
- Proven track record managing projects endtoend, including timelines, budgets, risk and quality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and clientservice skills
- Strong planning, organizing and problemsolving ability; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good financial understanding and strong administrative capability
- Relevant certifications such as Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Food Safety, Project Management or similar
