Job Title: Moderator Junk Mail MarketplacesLocation: Junk Mail Marketplaces Head office, Hatfield, PretoriaPermanent position entry levelNature of the job Moderate digital adverts submitted via closed internal systems. Accepting or rejecting every ad on its own merits based on the company Advertising Policy and Rules. Both quality of work and speed is important. Making outgoing calls to confirm advertisers and leads. KPIs will applyHours of work: Monday Friday 8:00-16:00 from our office in Hatfield. Overtime, weekend and public holiday hrs. as booked by the manager in advance.Salary: Basic salary + overtime paid at rate per hour worked (as booked in advance).Requirements: Fluent in English as a written and spoken language. Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner. Computer literate. Excellent general knowledge Willing and able to work additional hours on weekends / public holidays from home (data and device will be provided) Reliable transport, to work from the office Monday to Friday.Personal attributes Attention to detail Deadline and results driven. Able to focus on one task without getting bored or distracted Reliable shift attendance both at the office and from home, as booked by the manager.
