Chef de Partie Hourly Paid Cape Town | On-site As our Chef de Partie, you will ensure our guests receive world-class service, award-winning cuisine, and memorable experiences at our conference & events, room service, bars, restaurants and lounge. You will conduct training with Commi and Demi Chefs to ensure that the culinary service standards are met. Part of your role will be to ensure service is run efficiently whilst monitoring and maintaining the guest experience by ensuring that every one of our guests receives personalised attention and experiences every time. Along with your Culinary-related Tertiary Qualification ; you have 2 years experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment . Youre able to work various shifts as well as across multiple kitchens and outlets. A great leader and mentor, you are neat, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. With knowledge of culinary arts, you have an understanding of hotels, competitors, and the city. A strong commitment to food hygiene and safety is essential for this role.
