Job Description
About the Role
We require an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Mount Carmel Farms in Bapsfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad spectrum of maintenance tasks, including agriculture vehicles, implements, electrical work, and other general maintenance items.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance team and all related factors
- Perform hands-on maintenance work on various equipment and machinery
- Travel to the farm in Bapsfontein for extended periods
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with agricultural vehicles and implements
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems and general maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively, including long hours
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant qualifications in a related field (if applicable)
