SALES MANAGER IN THE COMMERCIAL PARTS INDUSTRY Essential Skills: • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and data analysis. • Understanding of market dynamics in the industrial/automotive parts space. · To be able to work as part of a team. · Good presentation skills. · IT skills. · Great motivation skills. · To be able to work under pressure and meet upcoming deadlines. · Timekeeping skills. · Good problem-solving skills. · An excellent understanding of how businesses work. Experience: require 2-3 years of experience in the commercial vehicle parts industry. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial parts e.g., truck components, • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives and parts specialists to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Must have a driver’s license NOT NEG
