About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Civil Construction Foreman to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. You’ll work closely with our senior site management team while developing your leadership and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising daily construction activities and coordinating work crews on site
  • Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on schedule
  • Help maintain site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks
  • Track materials, equipment, and labor to support project budgets and timelines
  • Report progress, issues, and concerns to senior management
  • Assist with reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and site plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience (concrete, general construction)
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Valid driver’s license
