• Plan, organise, lead, and control bakery operations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the baking industry
• Commercial bakeries experience required
• Strong understanding of various bakery processes (bread, pastry, confectionary)

Qualifications

• West Rand Baking qualification (if applicable)
