About the Role

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Oversee building maintenance and facility operations
  • Coordinate renovations and maintenance projects
  • Handle emergency responses and security callouts
  • Apply: premises are opened and locked correctly

Requirements

  • Matric / equivalent qualification
  • Health & Safety accreditation
  • 35 years facilities management experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Security Manager
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook)
