About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Analytics Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising)
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution, cohort analysis, and experimentation techniques
- Optimize marketing campaigns for improved ROI and conversion rates
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in campaign, growth, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven success delivering measurable, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
