About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Analytics Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising)
Analyze campaign performance using attribution, cohort analysis, and experimentation techniques
Optimize marketing campaigns for improved ROI and conversion rates
Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

4+ years of experience in campaign, growth, or lifecycle marketing
Proven success delivering measurable, multi-channel campaigns
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and optimisation
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
