About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and hands-on Assistant Management Couple for a stunning 5-star luxury safari lodge situated deep within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, bordering the iconic Kruger National Park. This role offers an opportunity for an adventurous couple to build a long-term future in luxury safari hospitality within a highly respected lodge group known for its exceptional standards and guest-focused ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest hosting, check-ins and check-outs
- Room and camp checks
- Guest logistics, accounts, petty cash, and gratuities
- Staff oversight alongside management
- Sundowner setups and guest experiences
- Town trips and operational support
Requirements
- Previous 5-star lodge experience in FOH or assistant management
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Excellent guest hosting ability
- Creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive approach

Salary & Benefits
- R32,000 gross per couple (negotiable for strong candidates)
- R3,000 food allowance
- 50% Discovery Medical Aid contribution after probation
