About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Barman/Butler to join our dedicated hospitality team at a prestigious game lodge in the breathtaking Waterberg region of Limpopo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the high standards of luxury lodge living.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide exceptional butler-style service to lodge guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Engage professionally and warmly with guests at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Assist with meal service and general guest hosting duties
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished when needed
- Work collaboratively with the lodge team to maintain service excellence
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or lodge experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
