About the Role
Talent Shore PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager/Video Editor to join our team as a permanent contract role. As a performance marketing agency for hospitality, leisure, and live entertainment brands, we take a holistic approach to every account, optimizing the full customer journey and acting as a true growth partner to help clients break sales records and get fully booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring high-volume, high-quality publishing using brand, creator, and UGC assets.
- Champion best-in-class social creative across the calendar.
- Adapt content natively per platform (captions, formats, tone of voice, trends, audio) and identify cultural moments for reactive opportunities to keep our brands ahead of competitors.
- Coordinate and deliver marketing assets (visuals, copy, formats) across multiple client accounts, adapting campaigns to each client’s market specifics and audience behaviour.
- Devise CRM strategies and email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the wider team across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement across all client accounts (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Use these insights to continuously sharpen content, creative approaches, and elevate media performance.
- Ensure every campaign is properly briefed, scheduled, and delivered on time, in line with each client’s brand standards and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing trust-based partnerships, understanding their needs, and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with clients to identify and optimise marketing opportunities across their channels, including newsletters, local promotions, and organic social.
- Oversee and coordinate with internal teams (designers, videographers, photographers, wider marketing teams) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy, and client recommendations.
- Monitor email and Slack communications to ensure timely responses to Company team members and clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in Social Media (agency or in-house) and video editing experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume email marketing campaigns, social media content calendars, and juggling multiple accounts/brands in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing unique, creative, and engaging content ideas that have met and exceeded clients’ KPIs.
- A complete natural with all major social media platforms. Confident in creating light-touch content (static and video) using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Versatile copywriting skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to adapt instantly to various brand tones of voice with a touch of creativity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in presenting ideas, leading conversations, and building genuine, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and a creative eye for storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking knowing what good looks like and what drives tangible results.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in an ever-evolving environment.
