Specialist Recruitment Consultant Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehousing Lead a specialist desk delivering top-tier operational talent across key industries Gardens, Cape Town (in-office) | R35 000 base uncapped commission About Our Client A high-performance recruitment firm focused on supplying exceptional talent to growth-driven companies. The Role: Specialist Recruitment Consultant Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehousing This is a dedicated 360° recruitment role focused on sourcing and placing professionals across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing. You’ll partner with clients to understand operational hiring needs, manage the full recruitment process, and consistently deliver quality placements. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a specialist desk within a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement Source, screen, and interview candidates across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing functions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide consultative hiring support Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and meet monthly placement targets Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent mapping Ensure accurate data management across ATS and CRM platforms About You 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing Proven track record of consistent delivery and meeting targets Strong candidate network or the ability to build one rapidly Commercially aware, consultative, and confident in client interactions Skilled in sourcing, relationship management, and using recruitment tech Organised, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment This is a growth opportunity for a specialist recruiter ready to own a high-potential desk and deliver consistent, high-value results.
