About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Lead – OEM to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for leading the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites
- Oversee and guide Finance Managers across the region
- Drive strong financial performance, governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management
- Deliver accurate, timeous reporting and meaningful commercial insights
- Partner closely with the Regional Executive team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, controls, and reporting structures
Requirements
Proven senior finance leadership experience
Automotive or OEM/manufacturing industry experience is essential
Strong background in multisite or regional finance operations
Commercially minded, strategic thinker, and influential leader
Ability to partner with operational and executive stakeholders
Must already be based in Bloemfontein or willing to relocate within 1–2 months
