Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Admin Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. If you are someone with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality support, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
Manage queries with excellent telephone etiquette
Maintain electronic and physical records in an organised manner
Support management and staff with ad-hoc tasks as required
Use Windows-based applications and office software efficiently

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Relevant administrative qualification and experience
Tech savvy with strong computer literacy
Proficient typing skills
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and office software
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
Valid drivers licence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Remuneration:

R 8 000 Cost to Company
