Our client is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Admin Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage queries with excellent telephone etiquette
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organised manner
- Support management and staff with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Use Windows-based applications and office software efficiently
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Relevant administrative qualification and experience
- Tech savvy with strong computer literacy
- Proficient typing skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and office software
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

R 8 000 Cost to Company
